This week, it was on sale. I circled it in the flier to consider once again and the opportunity arose for me to ask yesterday when my husband asked if I was going to be using the table this week. Truth be told, I was highly motivated to do sewing again this week because the quilt project I'd been working on came to a close so I was planning on finishing one of many projects. I made mention of the sale on the table and how it would allow us both to work and my husband said "sure."
We went into the store and picked it up tonight. I think that was the shortest amount of time I've ever spent in a Jo-ann but we were on a mission. We loaded it up, took it home, and I set to work on putting it together. Not all the pre-drilled holes lined up and so that took a little bit of extra time. I've got the frame together and the next step is to install the drop leaves. As this part looks involved I decided to take a brief break and give my back a rest. I'm hoping to have it all together and finished tonight so that I can start working on it tomorrow. I'll let you know how it comes together.
